Quest accommodates our clients with several methods for sending claims for discount.

Quest receives claims via secure e-mail, HTTP Upload, or Fax.

For our clients who wish to utilize electronic data interchange (EDI) as a preferred method to send claims, if you have not signed up to send claims to Quest please call 877-585-3800 for immediate set up.

To facilitate and protect confidential communications securely, Quest utilizes 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for secure messaging.
