Quest by contract is able to access discounts on providers when there was no patient steerage (logos or benefit differentials). The fee schedules for our supplemental PPO's are loaded in our system enabling real-time web-based repricing for our TPA clients. Our supplemental PPO’s are tiered by their ability to generate savings, which can vary from state to state.
Quest offers effective cost containment strategies and state of the art technology. This arrangement allows our clients to locate providers, medical facilities and ancillary healthcare providers that would otherwise be regarded as out-of-network.
Quest is proactive in expanding its provider networks to increase coverage and specific disciplines where needed, especially in response to any specific requirements of our clients.
